V této diplomové práci jsou ukázány a popsány principy, metody a procesy s dokumenty, kterými je ve zkušební laboratoři řízeno testování. Přínosem této práce na navrhnutí nového systému pro dodržování 5S standartu, návrh rozšíření portfolia testování a v neposlední řadě popis nového systému pro plánování kapacit. Tento systém by při správném používání měl predikovat možné budoucí problémy z důvodu nedostatečných kapacit a to vše v automatickém režimu. In this Master´s thesis is showed the principles, methods and process with document, which is necessary for managing of testing in Testing laboratory. Benefit of this thesis is design the new system of 5S, expanding the testing portfolio and finally, description of the new system for capacity planning. This system should predicted the future problems due to insufficient capacity and this will be done automatically.
