Tato práce se zabývá čerpadly používanými v chemickém a potravinářském průmyslu. Tato čerpadla musí své specifické vlastnosti. První část práce je zaměřena na problematiku čerpadel v daném průmyslu, princip čerpadel, možné nepříznivé jevy a požadavky kladené na čerpadla v potravinářském nebo chemickém průmyslu. V druhé části je popsána aplikace čerpadla v technologickém celku a jeho vlastnosti. This thesis deals with pumps used in the chemical and food industry. These pumps have their specific properties. The first part of the thesis is focused on the problems of pumps in the given industry, the principle of pumps, possible adverse phenomena and demands placed on pumps in the food or chemical industry. The second part describes the pump application in the technological unit and its properties.
