Téma této bakalářská práce je Úrazy vzniklé při zimních sportech z pohledu zdravotnického záchranáře. Práce je zaměřena na spolupráci zdravotnické záchranné služby a Horské služby České republiky během ošetřování úrazů vzniklých při zimních sportech. Teoretická část této práce je rozdělená do třech částí. První část obsahuje přehled a krátký popis nejčastějších zimních sportů a tabulku s počtem úrazů spojených se zimními sporty. Ve druhé části jsou základní informace o Horské službě České republiky včetně její historie a vývoje. Třetí teoretická část popisuje zdravotnickou záchrannou službu podle zákona č. 374/2011 Sb., o zdravotnické záchranné službě. V praktické části této práce je rozbor rozhovorů, které jsem uskutečnil s náhodně vybranými respondenty. Tito respondenti byli vždy zaměstnanci zdravotnické záchranné služby nebo Horské služby České republiky a s daným tématem měli mnoho zkušeností. Tyto rozhovory byly uskutečněny s cílem zjistit, jak v České republice probíhá spolupráce zdravotnické záchranné služby a horské služby a popsat konkrétní činnost obou složek při úrazech, které vznikly při zimních sportech. Dalším stanoveným cílem bylo zjistit, kdy a při jakých úrazech k této spolupráci dochází. Výzkum mimo jiné ukázal, že ke spolupráci těchto dvou složek dochází v daných regionech téměř každý den a tato spolupráce je na velmi vysoké úrovni. Topic of this bachelor degree thesis is The accidents occurring during the winter sports from the perspective of paramedic. The thesis is focused on cooperation between the emergency medical service and The Mountain rescue service of the Czech Republic during treatment of injuries incurred by winter sports. The theoretical part is divided into three parts. The first part contains an overview and a short description of most common winter sports and a table with a number of accidents associated with winter sports. The second part contains basic information about the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, including its history and development. The third theoretical part describes the emergency medical service according to Act no. 374/2011 Coll., on emergency medical services. In the practical part of this thesis is an analysis of the interviews that I realized with randomly selected respondents. These respondents were always employees of the emergency medical service or Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and they had a lot of experiences with this topic. These interviews were realized with a goal to find out, how the cooperation between the emergency medical service and mountain rescue service works in the Czech Republic and to describe the specific activity of both components during treatment of injuries incurred by winter sports. Another set goal was to find out, when and at what injuries the cooperation occurs. Besides other things the research has shown that the cooperation of these two components occurs almost every day in these regions, and this cooperation is at a very high level.
