Bakalářská práce Problematika uplatnění speciálního pedagoga na trhu práce se zabývá otázkou co musí speciální pedagog, který chce být kvalifikovaným pracovníkem daného oboru, všechno splňovat. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola objasňuje předmět a cíl speciální pedagogiky, její legislativu a uplatnění speciální pedagoga. Druhá kapitola se zabývá kompetencemi speciálního pedagoga a rozvojem těchto kompetencí. Poslední třetí kapitola pojednává o supervizi, která je důležitou součástí prevence syndromu vyhoření. V empirické části bakalářské práce je uvedeno, jaké cíle byly zvoleny a výzkumné otázky. Dále zde nalezneme popis použité metody výzkumu, kterou byly polostrukturované rozhovory. Hlavními cíli této práce bylo zjistit profilaci speciálního pedagoga v reálném pracovním prostředí, zmapovat postoj k profesnímu sebevzdělávání a taktéž zmapovat požadavky vedoucího managementu na speciálního pedagoga na svém pracovišti. V rámci rozhovorů byli osloveni probandi, kteří jsou na vedoucí pozici speciálních pedagogů a samotných speciálních pedagogů na Strakonicku. Dozvídáme se zde, co všechno má speciální pedagog splňovat, od charakterových vlastností až po vzdělávání. Najdeme zde různé shody a neshody mezi probandy v názoru na zaměstnávání nedávných absolventů, možnosti rozvoje dovedností, sebereflexe a sebepoznání. Důraz je kladen na důležitost různých schopností a dovedností, kterými má speciální pedagog disponovat. The thesis "The Labour Market and the Issue of Employment of Special Educational Needs Teachers" deals with the question of what criteria special educational needs teachers have to meet, if they want to be qualified workers in the field. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter explains the subject and aim of special needs education, its legislation, and the employment of special educational needs teachers. The second chapter focuses on the competencies of special educational needs teachers and on further development of these competencies. The last, third chapter deals with supervision as important part of occupational burnout prevention. The empirical part describes the chosen goals and the survey questions. It also contains a description of the employed survey method, which was semi-structured interviews. The main goals of this thesis were to establish the specialization of special educational needs teachers in the real-life work environment, to map out their attitude towards self-education in their profession, and to map out the workplace requirements from the management towards special educational needs teachers. The probands included in this survey were both special educational needs teachers and their supervisors in the Strakonice region. We found out which requirements special educational needs teachers have to meet, ranging from personality traits to education. We encountered some concurrence as well as differences among the probands in their opinions on the employment of recent graduates and on the possibilities of developing one's skills, self-reflection, and self-knowledge. The emphasis is on the importance of various skills and abilities that special educational needs teachers must possess.
