Tato práce se zabývá využitím zpětné vazby jako nástroje k budování vnitřní motivace dětí při činnostech podle celistvé, na smysl zaměřené pedagogice Franze Ketta. V teoretické části definuje pojem zpětná vazba, její základní teoretický konstrukt a vysvětluje vliv na jednání na základě vnitřní motivace. Dále práce předkládá teoretický základ alternativního směru pedagogiky Franze Ketta, její charakteristiky a specifika. Rozpracovává strukturu základní didaktické jednotky a principy vytvářející ucelený systém. Součástí práce je malý historický exkurz související se zpětnou vazbou i s pedagogikou Franze Ketta. V praktické části jsou popsány a analyzovány videozáznamy činností tvořených podle zásad pedagogiky Franze Ketta se zaměřením na využití zpětné vazby, zaznamenání její četnosti a reakcí dětí na ní. This theses follows up the use of feedback as a motivation tool in the Compact meaningtargeted pedagogy of Franz Kett. The theoretical part defines feedback as a concept and its basic theoretical construct. Besides that, it formulates theoretical basis of this alternative tendency Pedagogy of Franz Kett pedagogy. It focuses on elaborating the basic structure of didactical unit and the priciples of the entire system. Part of this theses is also a small historical excursion related to the feedback and Franz Ketts pedagogy. The practical part includes description and analysis of video recordings of activities done according to the principals of Franz Ketts pedagogy with special focus on the use of feedback, its frequency, and children reaction to it.
