Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou, jak o výchovných cílech uvažují vychovatelé ve školních družinách. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou stručně nastíněny základní pojmy související s tématem. Dále je zmíněn historický vývoj, cíle výchovy, školní vzdělávací program a různé názory rodičů, se kterými se můžeme ve vychovatelské práci setkat. Výzkumné otázky se zaobírají tím, co vnímají jako nejdůležitější ve výchově, co je zdrojem jejich cílů, zda se zamýšlejí nad vzdělávacím programem při tvorbě aktivit, jaké názory na výchovu sdílí či nesdílí se svými kolegy nebo rodiči a zda je něco, co je nabádá k hlubšímu zamyšlení se nad svou prací. Pro naplnění cíle bakalářské práce byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu v podobě rozhovorů se čtyřmi vychovatelkami. This thesis deals with the question of how educational aims are reflected by leisure educators in after-school clubs. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly outlines the basic concepts . Also the historical development of after-school education programs is mentioned as well as other issues: leisure educators' personal qualities, the problem of different views of education among parents and educators etc. The research questions focus on what leisure educators perceive as the most important in education, what is the source of their goals, whether/how educational programs are reflected in their thinking about the aims of education and what opinions the educators share with colleagues and/or parents. Furthermore, what encourages their deeper reflection of their work. To fulfill the objective of the thesis qualitative research was carried out in the form of interviews with four leisure educators.
