Cílem práce je vymezit základní pojmy z oblasti ochrany spotřebitele, analyzovat současnou právní úpravu vztahující se k ochraně spotřebitele a provést její komparaci s předchozí právní úpravou. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků a nepřesností jsou zde navrženy náměty de lege ferenda. Praktická část je zaměřena na předváděcí akce. The goal of this thesis is to define the basic terms, which are needed in the consumer protection field, to analyze the current legal regulations regarding the consumer protection and compare these regulations with the previous legal regulations. According to the shortcomings of the current legal regulation new proposals de lege ferenda are made. The practical part is focused on demonstration events.
