Cílem této bakalářské práce bude přiblížit zatím stávající Vojenský újezd Brdy se zaměřením na západočeskou část Brd. Práce bude zahrnovat historii, vývoj a pověsti vybraných starých brdských zřícenin. Snahou práce bude také vyzdvihnout kulturní zajímavosti Brd, které jsou méně známé. Pozornost bude věnována významným cyklotrasám a turistickým stezkám. Bakalářská práce se bude skládat ze dvou částí teoretické a praktické. Do teoretické části budou zahrnuta témata: stručná historie Brd, vybrané nejvýznamnější historické památky a bývalé vesnice. V praktické části budou zhodnoceny stávající brdské stezky, turistické a cyklistické trasy na území Brd kolem obcí Borovno, Číčov, Dobřív, Mirošov, Míšov, Skořice, Strašice, Štítov, Těně, Trokavec, jejichž území se rozkládá na ploše přibližně 87 km2. V praktické části bude zpracován zcela nový návrh turistické trasy v okolí výše uvedených obcí, které budou obsahovat texty na osmi nových naučných tabulích, včetně výběru vyobrazení a popisek. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to give an idea about current Military area Brdy and to focus on the westwen part of Brdy. Another goal of the thesis is to emhasize cultural places of interest which are not well-known. Atterntion id going to pay on important cycle routes and footpaths. Bachelor thesis is devided in two parts - theoretical and practical. Brief history of Brdy, the most signifiant historical sights and no more existing villages are in the theoretical part. The practical part contains evaluation of current paths, footpaths and cycle routes in the area Brdy around villages called Borocno, Číčov, Dobřív, Mirošov, Strašice, Štítov, Těně, Trokavec with an area approximately 87 km2. In the practical part there is created a new footpath projekt. The footpath is going to be in the neighbourhood of villages that are mentioned. It indudes - eight new nature boards with texts, pictures and legends.
