Nejvíce zmiňovanými příčinami úbytku granivorního synantropního ptactva jsou především změny v zemědělství (snižování počtu velkochovů dobytka,používání pesticidů, bezztrátová technika, následky intenzifikace zemědělství), a změny v socioekonomickém statusu obyvatelstva (péče o veřejnou zeleň, rušení malochovů drůbeže, modernizace budov aj.), vedoucí k nedostatku potravy a hnízdních příležitostí. Cílem této práce je především vyhodnocení vlivu zemědělského hospodaření na početnost vrabce domácího (Passer domesticus), vrabce polního (Passer montanus) a hrdličky zahradní (Streptopelia decaocto). Dalším cílem je stanovení preferencí biotopů vybraných druhů, jejich závislost výskytu na přítomnosti malochovů a velkochovů a porovnání výsledků se zimním sčítáním a dále pak vyhodnocení preferencí hnízdních biotopů vrabce domácího (Passer domesticus) a vrabce polního (Passer montanus). Monitoring proběhl na 48 vybraných lokalitách České republiky (převážná většina lokalit v jižních Čechách) během hnízdního období (duben-květen) v letech 2015-2016. Vyhodnocení dat proběhlo v programu Microsoft Excel a R v. 2.8.1 (2008). Z výzkumu vyplývá, že velkochovy mají zásadní vliv na výskyt všech tří vybraných druhů a rozdíly ve výskytu mezi zimním a hnízdním období jsou průkazné. Stejně tak je průkazný rozdíl v přítomnosti hrdličky zahradní a vrabce domácího ve velkochovech v daných obdobích. The most often mentioned causes of decrease in a number of granivoric synantropic birds are primarily changes in agriculture (liquidation of factory farming, using of pesticides, effective methods of harvest, consequences of intensification of agriculture) and changes in socioeconomical status of population (higher care of public green, decrease in numbers of small poultry farms, modernization of buildings etc.), which results in lack of food and opportunity to nest. Goal of this work is primarily evaluate an influence of the agricultural methohds on numbers of the house sparrow (Passer domesticus), tree sparrow (Passer montanus) and collared dove (Streptopelia decaocto) set a preference of habitats for selected species, addiction of their occurence on presence of small poultry farms and factory farming and compare the results with winter monitoring. Then evaluate preferences of nest habitats for house sparrow (Passer domesticus) and tree sparrow (Passer montanus). Monitoring was made in 48 chosen locations in the Czech Republic (most of those locations in South Bohemia) during the nesting period (February May) in years 2015 2016. The data evaluation was made through computer software Microsoft Excel and R v. 2.8.1 (2008). The research shows that factory farming has essentional influence on occurence of all three selected species and difference in occurence between winter and the nesting period is demonstrable. Also the difference in presence of collared dove and house sparrow is demonstrable near factory farms.
