Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení sociálního podnikání jako možnosti zvýšení zaměstnanosti mentálně postižených osob v Jihočeském kraji. V teoretické části je definováno sociálního podnikání- současný stav v České republice, legislativa; dále je popsán sociální podnik a jeho principy a indikátory; vymezení zahraničních zkušeností se sociálním podnikáním. Dále teoretická část vymezuje zaměstnávání a postavení mentálně postižených osob na trhu práce. Praktická část se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem ( dotazníkovým šetřením), zda sociální podniky přispívají ke zvýšení zaměstnanosti mentálně postižených osob a jestli pomáhají s integrací mentálně postižených osob do společnosti. The goal of the bachelor thesis is an evaluation of social entrepreneurship as a possiblity to increase employment of mentally disabled people in the South Bohemia Region. In the theoretic part is defined a social entrepreneurship- a current situation in the Czech republic, a legislation; then it is described a social enterprise and its principles and indicators; definition of foreign experience with the social entrepreneurship. Next the theoretic part defines an employment and a position of mentally disabled people in the labour market. The practical part deals with quantitative research ( by the questionnaire), whether the social enterprises contribute to increase employment of mentally disabled people and if they help to integrate mentally disabled people into the society.
