Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu podniku. Finanční analýza se zabývá finanční situací ve zkoumané společnosti a při správném zpracování dokáže odhalit případné zdroje neefektivnosti a způsob jejich řešení. Cílem práce je provést finanční analýzu podniku zaměřeného na poskytování služeb, vyhodnotit finanční situaci podniku a posoudit hlavní zdroje neefektivnosti v souvislosti se zaměřením podniku. Finanční analýza je zpracována za období 2011-2015 na základě výkazů společnosti. Zkoumaná společnost má sídlo na Vysočině a je významným dodavatelem komplexních služeb v oblasti systémů kontroly a řízení, průmyslových informačních systémů, systémů elektro a dodavatelem strojních činností v oblasti jaderné energetiky. Pomocí porovnání výsledných hodnot finanční analýzy s doporučenými hodnotami nebo s hodnotami v daném odvětví jsou nalezeny zdroje neefektivnosti a navrženy jejich možná řešení. This bachelor thesis investigates a financial situation of a company. For evaluating of company's financial situation methods and tools leading to examination of activity, stability, liquidity and profitability are used. The aim of this thesis is to discover the main sources of inefficiency in connection with the focus of the company and to suggest measures for their elimination. For this aim a financial analysis is used. The principle of the financial analysis is evaluation of the present state and the past development on the base of analysis of financial statements. In connection with market expectations the results of the financial analysis help to forecast the future development of the company. The most important part of the financial analysis is a commentary and draft of measures leading to stability and more effective business functioning.
