Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou procentuálních změn sazeb daně z přidané hodnoty na hospodaření vybraného zdravotnického zařízení, ke kterým došlo mezi roky 2010 až 2013. Tímto zdravotnickým zařízením se stala Nemocnice Jihlava, příspěvková organizace v Jihlavě. K provedení této analýzy poskytla potřebné podklady a informace. Analýza se zaměřuje na vliv změny sazeb DPH na nákup léků, zdravotnických potřeb, potravin, knih a časopisů. Výsledkem je, že každý nárůst DPH nemocnici poškodil v řádech milionů korun. V závěru jsem vyhodnotila výsledky u jednotlivých oblastí nákupů a uvedla způsob řešení tohoto negativního dopadu na zdravotnické zařízení. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of percent changes in the rates of VAT on the management of selected state medical facility that have occurred between the years 2010 and 2013. This medical facility is a hospital called Nemocnice Jihlava, which is a state-funded organization in Jihlava. The hospital provided necessary documents and information for this thesis. The analysis focuses on impact of changes in the rates of VAT on purchase of medicines, medical supplies, food, books and magazines. The result is that the hospital lost millions of crouwns due to each increase of VAT. In the final part of the thesis I evaluated the results in individual areas of purchases and introduced a possible solution to the negative impact on the medical facility.
