Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem roamingu a jeho právní úpravy. Práce slouží jako seznámení s právem Evropské unie, tvorbou unijního práva, roamingem a jeho regulací. Cílem mé práce je zhodnotit vliv cenové regulace roamingu na vývoj nákladů vynaložených za roaming ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je zaměřena na časový horizont osmi let, od roku 2007 do roku 2014. The bachelor thesis focuses on the Roaming and legal Regulations. The bachelor thesis serves as an introduction to European Union law, Law making, the concept of roaming and roaming regulation. The aim of my work is to evaluate the effect of roaming price regulation on the costs incurred at roaming in the selected company. This thesis is focuses on the time horizon eight years, from year 2007 to year 2015.
