S růstem lidské společnosti přibývá i spotřeby antibiotik, která se ve velké míře dostávají zpět do životního prostředí a v podobě jejich reziduí nebo metabolitů tam působí negativně na necílové organismy. Hlavními zdroji těchto sloučenin je lidská a veterinární medicína, zemědělství a živočišná výroba. Teoretická část této práce je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. Na problematiku metod pasivního vzorkování, kde je probrána jejich využitelnost a výhody oproti aktivnímu vzorkování, mezi které patří rychlost, relativní nenákladovost, nulový přísun vnější energie a sběr vzorků in situ. Jsou zde popsány principy práce základních typů vzorkovačů primárně určených pro identifikaci cizorodých částic ve vodním prostředí. Jedná se o Gore-Sorber, PDB, SPMD, POCIS, Chemcatcher, Keramický dozimetr, PISCES, MESCO a SLMD. Druhá kapitola se zabývá farmaceutickými látkami, detailněji antibiotiky vyskytujícími se v přírodním prostředí (Streptomycin, Amoxicilin, Ciprofloxacin, Lincomycin, Erythromycin, Spiramycin, Flumequin, Ofloxacin, Sulfamethoxazol, Chlortetracyklin, Oxytetracyklin) a metodami jejich detekce. V experimentální části byla hodnocena možnost využití pasivních vzorkovačů při identifikaci reziduí antibiotik v odpadních vodách pomocí plotnové difuzní metody. Klíčová slova: pasívní vzorkovač, rezidua... With the increasing number of people on the planet, increases the consumption of antibiotics as well. A very big part of these antibiotics are transfered back into the environment in form of either their residues or metabolites. They usually negatively effect non-target organisms. Main sources of antibiotics are human and veterinary medicine, agriculture and animal production. The teoretical part of this thesis is devided into two chapters. In the first one the problematics of passive sampling, its usability and advantages compared to active sampling is discussed. These advantages are speed, low costs, no need for supply of outer energy and collection of samples in situ. Basic types of passive samplers that are intended for identification of foreign particles in the aquatic environment are described. Those described are Gore-Sorber, PDB, SPMD, POCIS, Chemcatcher, Ceramic Dosimeter, PISCES, MESCO a SLMD. The second chapter is about pharmaceuticals, more in depth about antibiotics in the environment such as Streptomycin, Amoxicilin, Ciprofloxacin, Lincomycin, Erythromycin, Spiramycin, Flumequin, Ofloxacin, Sulfamethoxazol, Chlortetracyklin, Oxytetracyklin, and methods of their detection.
