Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda jsou vybrané děti ve věku 8 - 15 let dostatečně edukovány o průběhu plánované operace na oddělení dětské chirurgie v nemocnici Kolín. V teoretické části jsem popsala možné způsoby komunikace s dětmi ve věku 8 - 15 let, herní terapii a možnosti jejího využití a perioperační péči o děti na dětské chirurgii v nemocnici Kolín. K výzkumu jsem využila metodu strukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými dětmi ve věku 8 -15 let, které byly hospitalizovány na oddělení dětské chirurgie k plánované operaci v době od června do září 2017. V praktické části jsou popsány rozhovory s vybranými dětmi. Výsledky rozhovorů jsem využila při přípravě edukačních materiálů pro děti ve věku 4 - 10 let. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out whether selected children aged 8-15 years are sufficiently educated about the course of the planned surgery in the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Kolín Hospital. In the theoretical part, I have described possible ways of communication with children aged 8 to 15, play therapy and the possibilities of its use, and perioperative care for children in childhood surgery at the Kolín hospital. I used the method of structured interviews with selected children between the ages of 8 and 15 who were hospitalized in the department of pediatric surgery for the planned surgery from June to September 2017. The practical part describes interviews with selected children. I used the interview results to prepare educational materials for children agend 4 to 10 years.
