Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky L5/S1. Cíle: Hlavním cílem obecné části této bakalářské práce je seznámení s teoretickým podkladem diagnózy herniace meziobratlové ploténky se zaměřením na anatomii a kineziologii bederní páteře a následně na vyšetření, klinický obraz a léčbu této diagnózy. Cílem speciální části je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s danou diagnózou. Metody: V bakalářské práci byly použity fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy odpovídající náplni mého tříletého studia fyzioterapie na Fakultě tělesné výchovy a sportu Univerzity Karlovy. Souhrn: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. Část obecnou, která obsahuje teoretický podklad týkající se výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky jako je anatomie a kineziologie bederní páteře a intervertebrálního disku a následně konkrétní diagnóza s její klinickým obrazem, vyšetřeními a léčbou. Druhá část je praktická a je založena na teoretických znalostech části první. Zde je sepsána kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče konkrétního pacienta s diagnózou výhřezu meziobratlového disku, která byla sepsána na základě čtyřtýdenní souvislé odborné praxe na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky. Obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor s určením terapeutických cílů, následné... Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of patient with L5/S1 intervertebral disc herniation. Objectives: The main aim of general part of this bachelor thesis is to get to know about theoretical base the intervertebral disc herniation with focus on anatomy and kinesiology of lumbar spine. Subsequently this part is focused on examination, clinical picture and the treatment of these diagnosis. The main aim of the special part is physiotherapeutic case report processing of a patient with an intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: In this bachelor thesis was used physiotherapeutic methods which correspond with content of my three years long study of physiotherapy on Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University. Summary: My bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The general part contains theoretical base of the intervertebral disc herniation as an anatomy and kinesiology of lumbar spine and intervertebral disc and after that specific diagnosis with its clinical picture, examinations and treatment. The second part is practical and is based on theoretical knowledge of the first part.
