Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po implantaci TEP kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je komplexně zpracovat teoretické znalosti a praktické dovednosti související s diagnózou aseptické nekrózy hlavice femuru a péčí o pacientku s totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Obecná část je zpracována formou rešerše. Je zde popsána anatomie a kineziologie kyčelního kloubu. Dále se věnuje onemocnění aseptické nekrózy hlavice femuru a možnostem její léčby. Mapuje typy totálních endoprotéz kyčelního kloubu, operační přístupy, indikace, kontraindikace a komplikace operačního výkonu. Součástí je také podrobně popsaná fyzioterapeutická péče o pacienty s touto diagnózou. V druhé, speciální, části je formou kazuistiky popsán konkrétní případ pacientky s diagnózou aseptické nekrózy hlavice femuru řešenou implantací totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Součástí je anamnéza, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě byly stanoveny krátkodobé a dlouhodobé cíle terapie, průběh jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. V závěru je provedeno zhodnocení efektu terapie, kde je porovnán vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Klíčová slova: fyzioterapie, kazuistika, kyčelní kloub, aseptická... Title: Case study of the physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after implantation of total hip replacement Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse theoretical knowledge and practical skills associated with the diagnosis of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head and the physiotherapeutic methods used when working with a patient with a total hip joint replacement. Summary: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The general part was completed by research. It describes the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip joint. It then deals with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head and its treatment options. It maps various types of total hip joint replacements, operative approaches, indications, contraindications, and operative complications. A detailed description of physiotherapeutic care for patients with the diagnosis is also included. The second, specialised part, deals with the casuistry of a patient diagnosed with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head who has undergone total hip joint replacement. It includes the anamnesis, the entry kinesiological analysis, which served as the base for short and long-term therapy goals, the process of the individual therapeutic units, and the final kinesiological analysis.
