Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika pacienta s diagnózou TEP levého kolenního kloubu Cíl práce: Cíl této bakalářské práce je zaměřený na zpracování kazuistiky pacienta po TEP levého kolenního kloubu během souvislé odborné praxe a seznámení se s teoretickými podklady diagnózy implantace TEP kolenního kloubu. Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce vznikla jako případová studie v časovém období od 15.1. do 9. 2. 2018. Práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a část speciální. Obecná část je zaměřena na anatomii, kineziologii a biomechaniku kolenního kloubu. Dále je rozpracována obecná problematika gonartrózy a indikace k implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu, její typy, indikace a kontraindikace a možné komplikace. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika pacienta. Je zde uveden vstupní rozbor, návrhy terapie se zpracováním rehabilitačního plánu. Na závěr speciální části této bakalářské práce je uveden výstupní rozbor pacienta a vyhodnocení celé terapie. Klíčová slova: kolenní kloub, totální endoprotéza, fyzioterapie, kazuistika Title: Case report of a patient with a TEP left syndrome diagnosis Objective: The aim of this bachelor thesis is focused on the processing of case reports of the patient after TEP of the left knee joint during the continuous professional practice and the introduction of the theoretical background of the diagnosis of TEP implantation of the knee joint. Abstract: This bachelor thesis was performed as a case study during the period of 15. 1. to 9. 2. 2018. This artickle is divided into a general part and a special part. The general part is focused on anatomy, kinesiology and knee joint biomechanics. Further, the general issue of gonarthrosis and indications for the implantation of total knee joint endoprosthesis, its types, indications and contraindications and possible complications are elaborated. In a special section, there is processed the patient's case report. There is listed analysis, suggestions for therapy with a rehabilitation plan. In conclusion, a special part of this bachelor's thesis is an outcomes analysis of the patient and evaluation of the whole therapy.
