Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat teoretická východiska řízení zásob, jejich účelovou kategorizaci a typy řízení. Dále se práce zabývá nákupem, skladováním, logistikou, dodavatelskými řetězci, tokem materiálů v logistice a náklady v ní. The dissertation aims to describe the theoretical outlet of inventory management, its teleological categorization and management types. It also describes purchase, storage, logistics, distribution chains, resource flow in logistics and logistical expenses.
