V kursech organizovaných EuroMISe centrem se věnuje pozornost jak problematice vedení zdravotnické dokumentace tak i nakládání se získanými údaji v Národním zdravotnickém informačním systému, jehož součástí jsou národní zdravotní registry. Důležitost strukturované formy elektronické zdravotní dokumentace je demonstrována na příkladě Národního registru vybraných revmatických zánětlivých onemocnění a na příkladě pilotního registru infarktu myokardu. In the courses, organized by the EuroMISE center, the attention is given to problems of health documentation keeping as well as the treatment of the data in the National health information system, including national health registers. The importance of structured form of electronic health documentation is demonstrated by the example of the National register of selected rheumatic inflammatory diseases and the pilot register of myocardial infarction.
