Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rešerši problematiky procesních kapalin v obráběcím cyklu. Cílem práce je popsat vlastnosti procesních kapalin a jejich rozdělení. Následně jsou v práci rozepsány požadavky na kapaliny z různých úhlů pohledu. Podrobně rozebrané jsou také vlivy procesních kapalin na aspekty, jako jsou teplota, opotřebení a trvanlivost nástroje, atd. Další cíl práce zaujímají přívody procesní kapaliny do pracovního prostoru stroje a alternativy procesních kapalin, kde jsou především zahrnuté metody MQL a obrábění za sucha. Velký důraz se klade na ochranu životního prostředí a vliv kapalin na zdraví obsluhy stroje, proto je téma také rozebráno. Následně je v práci popsána základní údržba kapalin, počínaje vytvořením nového koncentrátu až po jejich likvidaci. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on literature search of problems of process fluids in the machining cycle. The aim of the thesis is to describe the properties of metalworking fluids and their distribution. Subsequently, the requirements for metalworking fluids from different angles of view are described. Process infuences are also discussed in detail on aspects such as temperature, wear, tool durability, etc. Another aim of the thesis is the feeding of process fluid into the machine’s working space and alternatives to process fluids, where MQL and dry machining are included. Great emphasis is placed on protecting the environment and the influence of liquids on the health of the machine operator. Subsequently, the basic maintenance of metalworking fluid sis described, starting with the creation of a new concentrate until their disposal.
