Práca na tému Konštrukcia revolverovej hlavy pre CNC sústruh je rozdelená do rešeršnej, výpočtovej a konštrukčnej časti. Rešerš má za úlohu uviesť čitateľa do problematiky automatickej výmeny nástrojov. Sú v nej tiež opísané úkony, ktoré musí revolverová hlava zvládnuť a mechanizmy, pomocou ktorých sú tieto úkony uskutočnené. Vo výpočtovej časti je nadimenzovaný priemer hriadeľa sústavy, určené minimálne momentové charakteristiky pohonu a navrhnuté ložiská sústavy. Posledná konštrukčná časť vychádza z tej výpočtovej. Pomocou údajov získaných z výpočtovej časti je podľa normy DIN 8869 navrhnutý 3D model revolverovej hlavy diskového typu, ktorý je doplnený výkresovou dokumentáciou vybraných dielov. Bachelor thesis describes the design of tool turret for CNC lathe and is divided into the search, computation and construction part. The purpose of the search is to introduce the reader to the issue of automatic tool exchange. It also describes the actions that the turret has to handle and the mechanisms by which these actions are performed. The calculation part deals with the diameter of the shaft of system, specified minimum torque characteristics of the drive and the design bearings of the system. The construction part is based on the computations. Using the data obtained from the computational part is according to the norm DIN 8869 designed the 3D model of the turret, type disc, which is completed with drawing documentation of selected parts.
