Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na MEMS senzory a jejich využití v praxi. První část práce se věnuje historii, současnému využití, principu fungování a porovnání jednotlivých druhů MEMS senzorů. Druhá část se věnuje popisu mikrokontroléru, jeho stavbě a možnostech využití. Ve třetí části jsou popsány externí sériové sběrnice, které slouží k propojení mikrokontroléru s přídavným hardwarem jako například digitální senzor. V poslední části této práce je popsán vybraný mikrokontrolér, senzory a ukázka jejich fungování. This bachelor thesis is focused on MEMS sensors and their use in practice. The first part focuses on history, utilization at present, the principle of operation and comparison of the individual types of MEMS sensors. The second part focuses on description of microcontroller, its structure and possibilities of its use. In the third part there are described external serial buses, which serve as connection of microcontroller and other hardware e.g. digital sensor. In the last part of this thesis there is described chosen microcontroller, sensors and demonstration of their functionality.
