Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza vnějšího a vnitřního okolí společnosti Seats, která působí na automobilovém trhu. Ke zhodnocení současného stavu byly použity analýzy SLEPTE, Porterův model pěti sil, model 7S a vybrané metody finanční analýzy. Výsledky těchto analýz jsou shrnuty do SWOT analýzy. Na základě provedených analýz jsou navržena doporučení na zlepšení ekonomické situace společnosti. The subject of this master's thesis is the analysis of the external and internal environment of Seats, a company operating on the automotive market. For the assessment of its current position, there were used the SLEPTE analysis, Porter´s five forces model, model 7S, and selected financial analysis methods. The results of these analyses are summarized in a SWOT analysis. Based on the executed analyses, recommendations to improve the company's economic situation have been suggested.
