Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu pro založení kadeřnictví ve Vracově v Jihomoravském kraji. Kadeřnictví bude provozováno jako živnost fyzické osoby. Návrh celého podnikatelského plánu vychází z teoretických poznatků, zpracovaných analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí a z vlastního marketingového výzkumu. Obchodní model, díky kterému bude kadeřnictví uspokojovat potřeby zákazníků a tvořit zisk, je vytvořen na základě zvolené strategie. This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of hairdresser’s in Vracov in the South Moravian Region. Hairdresser’s will be operated as a business of a natural person. The design of the entire business plan is based on theoretical knowledge, processed analyzes of the external and internal environment and on its own marketing research. Business model is based on a selected strategy that will meet customers’ needs and generate profit.
