[cze][eng] Téma bakalářské práce se nazývá: Komunikace zdravotnického záchranáře s agresivním pacientem v přednemocniční péči. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou zdravotnického záchranáře a pacienta. Dále se zde nachází definice komunikace s následným rozdělením do komunikačních struktur, funkcí a forem. Vzhledem k tématu je zde zpracovaná i problematika komunikace mezi agresivním pacientem a zdravotnickým záchranářem. Následně se teoretická část zabývá agresí, jejím druhům, příčinám a řešením ze strany zdravotnických záchranářů. V praktické části byly stanoveny dva cíle. Prvním cílem bylo zmapovat postupy zdravotnických záchranářů s agresivním pacientem v přednemocniční péči. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit, jaké jsou problémy v komunikaci mezi zdravotnickým záchranářem a agresivním pacientem. K těmto cílům byly zhotoveny tři výzkumné otázky: 1. Jakým způsobem přistupuje zdravotnický záchranář k agresivnímu pacientovi při prvním styku na místě události? 2. Jaké komunikační techniky používá zdravotnický záchranář při komunikaci s agresivním pacientem? 3. S jakými problémy se potýká zdravotnický záchranář v komunikaci s agresivním pacientem. Ke zpracování výzkumné části bylo využito kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Sběr dat probíhal formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které obsahovaly 14 otázek. Cílovou skupinu lidí tvořilo 10 zdravotnických záchranářů z Jihočeského kraje. Dle výsledků bylo zjištěno, že dotazovaní zdravotničtí záchranáři částečně znají postupy, které mohou využít při komunikaci s agresivním pacientem. V problémech komunikace se dotazovaní shodli, že nejčastější chyba zdravotnických záchranářů je nezvládnutí vlastních emocí a snadné vyprovokování od pacientů. Výsledky této bakalářské práce by mohly posloužit ke zvýšení či doplnění informovanosti zdravotnických záchranářů v komunikaci s agresivními pacienty. Dále by bakalářská práce mohla být využita jako podklad k přednáškám o problematice související s komunikací mezi pacientem a zdravotnickým záchranářem. The thesis is entitled: Communications between paramedics and aggressive patients in prehospital care. The theoretical part thoroughly deals with the characteristics of a paramedic and patient as well as elaborating a definition of communication with subsequent divisions into communication structures, functions and forms. The topic is further developer and the issue of communication between aggresive patients and paramedics is introduced is the theoretical part. Subsequently, this chapter describes aggresion, its types, causes and solutions on the part of paramedics. Two objetives are defined in the theoretical part. The first objective maps out the procedures paramedics use when handling and aggressive patient before hospital admission. The second objective reveals the problems paramedics encounter when communicating with an aggressive patient. Three research questions were established to the above objetives: 1. Which method do paramedics use when dealing with an aggressive patient during their first contact at the scene of incident? 2. What communication techniques are used by paramedics when communicating with an aggressive patient? 3. Which problems do paramedics encounter in communicating with an aggressive patient? A qualitative research approach was used when elaborating the research part. Data was gathered in the formo of semi-structured interviews conducted using 14 questions. The target group consisted of 10 paramedics from South Bohemia. The results revealed that the paramedics are partly aware of the processes they can use when communicating with an aggressive patient. In terms of the communication issues the respondents agreed on the fact that their most common mistake consists in their failure to control their own emotions, and losing their temper when verbally attacked by the patients. The results of this thesis could help to increase or supplement paramedics´ awareness of the options for best practice when communicating or handling aggressive patients. Furthermore, the thesis could be used as source material for lectures on issues related to communication between paramedics and a patient.
