[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce s názvem "Rehabilitační ošetřovatelství o pacienty po cévní mozkové příhodě" je prací teoretickou, která se snaží zachytit a popsat co nejvíce o rehabilitačním ošetřovatelství a specifikách péče o pacienty po cévní mozkové příhodě. Rehabilitační ošetřovatelství významným způsobem ovlivňuje kvalitu života pacientů. Hlavním cílem ošetřovatelské péče o tyto pacienty je prevence dekubitů, svalových kontraktur, polohování, včasná vertikalizace, kondiční, pasivní, dechové cvičení a zajištění psychické pohody. Neméně důležité jsou prvky bazální stimulace a kinestetické mobilizace, které podporují aktivitu pacienta. Cílem snahy při zpracování této práce bylo zmapovat a zjistit všechny podrobnosti nejen o rehabilitačním ošetřovatelství, ale také o oblastech, které ovlivňují vznik a rozvoj cévní mozkové příhody a tím i kvalitu života samotného pacienta. Výskyt CMP se zvyšuje se stoupajícím věkem, a proto se s postupným nárůstem populace seniorů bude zvyšovat i výskyt tohoto onemocnění. Velmi významná je prevence vzniku, která začíná právě edukací veřejnosti, pokračuje přednemocniční organizací a navazuje na ni kvalitní léčba ve zdravotnickém zařízení. V dnešní uspěchané době bychom měli pečovat o své zdraví a reagovat na signály našeho organismu. Právě u cévní mozkové příhody je důležitá včasná diagnostika, okamžitá léčba a kvalitní rehabilitace. Součástí komplexní cerebrovaskulární péče je multidisciplinární tým, který spolupracuje a navzájem se doplňuje. Snahou této práce je poukázat na význam rehabilitačního ošetřovatelství v péči o pacienty po CMP, popsat spolupráci multidisciplinárního týmu a rodiny. Bakalářská práce bude podkladem pro seminář na toto téma, který je součásti vzdělávání na rehabilitačním oddělení. The Bachelor thesis "Rehabilitation nursing of patients after cerebrovascular accident" are theoretical. It includes and describes rehabilitation nursing and the specifics of patient care after cerebrovascular accident. Rehabilitation nursing has significant influence on the patient's life quality. The main goals of the nursing care of such patients are prevention of the decubitus and muscle contractions, positioning, duly verticalization, conditional and passive breathing exercising, and reinsurance of psychological well-being. Equally important are elements of basal stimulation and kinesthetic mobilization, which support patient's activity. The great effort while processing of the thesis was to map and reinsure all the details not only about rehabilitation nursing, but also about areas which have influence on the emergence and development of the cerebrovascular accident and on the patient's life quality. Occurance of the CVA is increasing with increasing age, therefore the incidence of this disease will increase with a gradual increase in the population of seniors. Prevention of the emergence is very important, it begins with public education, continues with the prehospital organization and follows up on high quality treatment in a healthcare facility. Nowadays, in a busy times, we should take care of our health and react on the signals of the organism. Early diagnosis, immediate treatment and high quality rehabilitation are important for cerebrovascular accident. Part of complex cerebrovascular care is a multidisciplinary team that cooperates and complements each other. The aim of this work is to point out the importance of rehabilitation nursing in the care of patients after the CVA, to describe the cooperation of multidisciplinary team and family. The bachelor thesis will be the basis for a seminar on this subject, which is part of the education in the rehabilitation department.
