Tématem této bakalářské práce je jógová terapie a její vliv na posturu žen v produktivním věku, které trpí vertebrogenním algickým syndromem (dále jen VAS). Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký má cvičení jógy vliv na posturu žen v produktivním věku a zda má pravidelné cvičení jógy vliv na bolesti zad u žen v produktivním věku. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. První se věnuje problematice VAS a pojmům jako je hluboký stabilizační systém páteře, dech, postura a páteř. V druhé části jsem věnovala pozornost józe jako takové, kdy jsem se snažila nastínit historii jógy, principy jejího praktikování, jaký je význam a účinek ásan, co je to plný jógový dech a systém tzv. "zámků". Třetí část této práce obsahovala popis metodiky, terapie a na závěr výsledky výzkumu. Na samotný konec práce jsem se soustředila na diskusi a závěr mého výzkumu. Kvalitativní výzkum trval celkem 4 měsíce a výzkumnou skupinu tvořily tři probandky ve věku kolem 45 let. Terapie probíhala jednou za týden a jedna lekce trvala celkem 60 minut. Pacientky měly za úkol cvičení, které bylo praktikované na hodinách, provádět každý den doma, a tak prohlubovat účinek terapie. Jednotlivé cvičební jednotky byly sestavené z jógových dechových cvičení, relaxace, pozdravu slunci a ásan z klasické Hatha jógy. Na základě výsledků z praktické části práce lze říci, že u všech zkoumaných probandů došlo ke zmírnění či zcela k vymizení bolesti zad. Došlo ke zlepšení stability a koordinaci pohybu a ke změně postury v pozitivním slova smyslu. Tato práce by mohla sloužit jako studijní materiál pro laickou veřejnost, fyzioterapeuty a trenéry jógy či lidi, kteří se józe teprve začínají věnovat. The topic of this bachelor thesis is a yoga therapy and its impact on posture on women in productive age who suffer from vertebral algical syndrom (or VAS) The aim of this tesits was to find out in which way does yoga exercise impact a posture on women in productive age and if the yoga erxice influence back pain of women in productive age The bachelor thesis was divided into several parts. The first part is dedicated to VAS issue and terms like deep stabilization systém of the spine, breathing, posture and the spine itself. In the second part I aimed for yoga itself, where I have outlined yoga history, principlas of yoga practising, what is the meaning ang purpose of each yoga exercise, how to do the full yoga breath and what is the systém of "locks". The third part contains of a methodology and a description of the therapy and to the end also results of my research. In the end of thus thesis can be a discussion and a conclusion found. My qualitative research took 4 months in total and included 3 sfemale subjects in the age around 45. The therapy too place once a week, or once two weeks, and lasted for 60 minutes. Subjects had must done the exercise, which was done under supervision on therapy sessions, also at home every day to deepen the therapy effect. Each yoga exercise consisted of yoga breathing exercises, relaxing exercises, "greeting the sun" exercise and od classical asanas from Hatha yoga. Considering results of the practical part of my thesis I can say, that there came to total pain-relief or at least the pain decreased by each subject up. There also came to some improvements in movement coordination and to changes in posture holding in positive way up. This work might serve as a study materiál for general public, physiotherapist, yoga trainers or for those, who just too yoga lessons up.
