Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu bolestivého ramene u montážních dělníků. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá teorií, kde jsou popsané poznatky z anatomie, kineziologie, biomechaniky, nachází se zde onemocnění ramenního kloubu spadající pod syndrom bolestivého ramene, seznámí nás s běžnými terapeutickými metodami užívanými pro tuto diagnózu a podá stručné informace o náplni práce montážního dělníka. Druhá, praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá výsledky získanými na podkladě kvalitativního výzkumu, kdy jsem pomocí semistrukturovaného rozhovoru, pozorování a popsaných vyšetřovacích metod získala anamnestická data od tří probandů, pracujících na pozici montážního dělníka ve firmě Robert Bosch spol. s.r.o., ve věku od 27 do 57 let. Ty byly zpracovány ve formě vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Prvním cílem práce bylo zmapovat prostředí, ve kterém probandi pracují a navrhnout, jak nesprávným pohybovým stereotypům nejlépe předejít. Druhým cílem bylo navrhnout vhodný fyzioterapeutický plán s využitím různých metodik. U dvou ze tří probandů došlo k pozitivním změnám, a to na základě dodržování preventivních opatření a aktivní spolupráci na terapii, hlavně té domácí. Bakalářská práce může sloužit jako edukační materiál nejen pro fyzioterapeuty, ale také pro zaměstnance, zaměstnavatele či širokou veřejnost. Může posloužit informativně, ale také jako terapeutické řešení nebo materiál k dalšímu výzkumu. This bachelor thesis deals with problem of pain arm syndrome at assembly workers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theory of anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, there are a shoulder diseases include under painful shoulder syndrome, we will acquainted with the usual methods of therapy used for this diagnosis and give brief information about the job of the assembly workers. The second, practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the results obtained on the basis of qualitative research, where through the semi-structured interview, observation and described investigation methods I received anamnestic data from three probands working as assemblers at company Robert Bosch spol. s.r.o. aged 27 to 57. Dates were processed in the form of input and output kinesiological analysis. The first object of the bachelor was to map out the environment in which they work and suggest, how to avoid the misbehaving stereotypes. The second objective was to design a suitable physiotherapeutic plan using different methodologies. Two of the three probands showed positive changes and adherence to preventive measures and active cooperative therapy, especially home treat. The bachelor thesis can serve as an educational material not only for physiotherapists, but also for employees, employers or the general public. It can provide information, but also as a therapeutic solution or material for further research.
