[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce má název Zapojení rodinných příslušníků do péče o klienta v domovech pro seniory. Jako hlavní cíl jsem si stanovila zjištění toho, jestli se rodinní příslušníci zapojují do chodu celého domova pro seniory a jsou o tom dostatečně informovaní. Dále jsem konkrétně zjišťovala, jakým způsobem se zapojují do chodu domova nebo alespoň do péče o příbuzného. Zadala jsem dvě hlavní výzkumné otázky. První otázka se zabývá právě tím, jakým způsobem jsou rodinní příslušníci klientů zapojeni do péče a života vybraných klientů domovů pro seniory. Druhá otázka zkoumá, jaké představy mají rodinní příslušníci vybraných klientů o svém zapojení v rámci péče v domovech pro seniory. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část má tři hlavní odvětví. V prvním se věnuji seniorovi, stáří, stárnutí a charakteristickým změnám ve stáří. V druhém odvětví se zabývám jeho rodinou. Především typy rodin, funkcemi, mezigeneračním soužitím a spoluprací rodiny s institucionální péčí. A v posledním odvětví již konkrétně popisuji domov pro seniory jako sociální službu. Zmiňuji se i o právech a povinnostech seniora v zařízení a o činnosti sociálního pracovníka v domově pro seniory. Pro empirickou část jsem si zvolila kvalitativní výzkum. Data jsem zjišťovala pomocí narativních rozhovorů u rodinných příslušníků a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů u sociálních pracovníků. Do výzkumu se zapojilo 5 rodinných příslušníků a 5 sociálních pracovnic. Získaná data jsem zpracovala pomocí otevřeného kódování. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že rodinní příslušníci se spíš zapojují do péče o svého příbuzného, než do chodu celého zařízení. Příčinou je především časová a pracovní vytíženost. Bakalářská práce může sloužit jako informativní materiál pro sociální pracovníky v domovech pro seniory. Dále i pro rodiny, které mají příbuzného v domově pro seniory, jako zamyšlení nad tím, jestli není potřeba s touto sociální službou víc spolupracovat. Bachelors thesis is called family involvement in the care of a senior house client. As a main aim, I have determined whether family members are involved in the entire process of home for the elderly and are sufficiently informed. Then I looked specifically at how they are involved in the process of the home care or at least in the care of a relative. In the bachelor thesis I have entered two main research questions. The first question deals with the way in which family members of clients are involved in the care and life of selected clients of homes for the elderly. The second question examines the ideas of family members of selected clients about their involvement in the care of seniors. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part has three main branches. In the first one, I dedicate to a senior and his age, aging and characteristic changes in old age. In the second branch, I deal with his family. Primarily with the types of families, functions, intergenerational coexistence and family co-operation with institutional care. In the last branch, I specifically describe a home for the elderly as a social service. I also mention the rights and responsibilities of the senior in the facility and the activities of a social worker in a home for the elderly. For the empirical part, I chose a qualitative research. I surveyed the data through narrative interviews with family members and semi-structured interviews with social workers. The research involved 5 family members and 5 social workers. I have processed my data using an open coding. The results show that family members are more involved in the care of their relative than in the process of the whole facility. The cause is mainly time and workload. The bachelor thesis can serve as an informative material for social workers in homes for the elderly. Or even for families who have a relative in a home for the elderly, as a reflection on whether there is a need to cooperate more with this social service.
