Práce se zabývá infekcí močových cest, obsahuje informace o patogenech, způsobech jejich průkazu a možnostech léčby. Součástí práce je sledování zastoupení druhů patogenů vyvolávajících močovou infekci v komunitě a v nemocnici (i u nozokomiálních nákaz) a sledování rezistence k pěti nějčastěji podávaným antibiotikům u druhů Escherichie coli, Klebsielly pneumoniae a Protea mirabilis. This thesis deals with Urinary tract infections. It includes information about pathogenes, methods of their identification and treatment. The goal of this thesis is observing of pathogen species representation that cause infecion in community and in hospital (includes hospital infections) and observing resistence to five most common antibiotics for Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Proteus mirabilis.
