Stáří je obdobím životního bilancování. Senioři v této etapě hodnotí svůj dosavadní život zamýšlí se nad tím, zda ho prožili tak, jak si představovali; poohlíží se za výsledky, které po sobě zanechali a hodnotí své omyly, jež na cestě životem udělali. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na retrospektivní pohled seniorů na svůj dosud prožitý život. Oporu pro zvolené téma tvoří problematika stáří a stárnutí; výchozím bodem je Eriksonovo pojetí stáří, především je věnován prostor osmému a devátému věku a jejich vývojových úkolů. Dále je představen koncept kvality života. Praktická část se zaměřuje již na životní příběhy konkrétních respondentek. Soustředí se na mapování událostí, které ve svém životě považují za důležité, co při pohledu zpět hodnotí jako přínosné, pozitivní, ale také čeho naopak litují. Kvalitativní výzkum je realizován prostřednictvím hloubkových rozhovorů se seniorkami. The old age is a life balance sheet period. The seniors assess their existing life at this age - especially they are considering whether they have experienced life as they imagined; they look for the results they have left behind and they evaluate their mistakes that they have made on the their life road. The bachelor thesis focuses on the retrospective view of seniors´ lifes. Support for the chosen topic is the issue of old age and aging; the starting point is Erikson's concept of old age, especially the space of the eighth and ninth age and their developmental tasks. Furthermore, the concept of quality of life is introduced. The practical part focuses on the life stories of our respondents. It focuses on mapping the events that they consider as the most important in their life; which events they evaluate as valuable and positive, but also if there is an event or something they regret. Qualitative research is realized through in-depth interviews with female seniors.
