Bakalářská práce představuje metodu sebereflexe, jako důležitou součást odborné přípravy. Sebereflexe jako nástroj profesního a osobnostního růstu pedagogů volného času. Úvodní část práce popisuje sebereflexi a cestu k ní a její souvislosti s reflexí a rozvojem reflektivního myšlení. Další část představuje požadavky na vzdělání a na osobnost pedagoga volného času, dle legislativy i nad její rámec. Závěrečná část práce popisuje místo odborné praxe a v jejím rámci představuje podněty pro sebereflexi. This Bachelor thesis examines the method of self-reflection in the reflective practise as a tool for improving the professional and personal skills of students of leisure studies. First part deals with definitions and meanings of self-reflection and connection with process of reflection and the improvement of the reflective thinking. Next part examines also the charakteristics which a teacher of leisure studies should have and what education he must have to be able to work in the state organizations. The last part introduce practise in high school education and examies where is possible to impriove self-reflection skill.
