Zpracování tématu rozvodu v teoretické rovině je podloženo odbornou literaturou a dalšími informačními zdroji. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy vztahující se k tématům jako je rodina, funkce rodiny, druhy výchov, činnost OSPOD, činnost soudu, participační právo dítěte apod. Data pro empirickou část jsou získána polostrukturovaným rozhovorem a zpracována kvalitativně. Rozhovory byly prováděny se sedmi adolescenty ve věku od 18-ti do 19-ti let, kteří mají osobní zkušenost s rozvodem/rozchodem rodičů. Cílem práce je získat představu o tom, jak adolescenti zpětně vnímají prožitý rozvod/rozchod rodičů, a to s časovým odstupem 2-5 let. Dle mých zjištění jednoznačně vyplynulo, že rozpad rodiny je pro všechny zúčastněné osoby velmi náročnou životní situací, která s sebou přináší řadu různých změn. O jaké změny se jedná nám říkají tři základní kategorie, které vzešly z analýzy dat (Rodina funkční a dysfunkční, Faktory rozvodové situace, Rychlá ztráta dětství a "dospělácké" smíření). The theoretical level of the divorce theme is based on specialized literature and other sources of information. In the theoretical part are defined the basic terms related to topics such as family, function of family, types of education, OSPOD activity, court activity, child's right of participation, etc. The data for the empirical part are obtained by semi-structured interview and processed qualitatively. The interviews were conducted with seven adolescents between the ages of 18 and 19 who have personal experience with the divorce/breakup of their parents. The aim of this thesis is to get an idea of how adolescents retrospectively perceive pass divorce/breakup of parents, with a time interval of 2-5 years. According to my finding, it has clearly emerged that family breakdown is a very demanding life situation for all involved, which brings about a lot of different changes. These changes are emerging in three basic categories that came from the data analysis (functional and dysfunctional family, divorce factors, fast loss of childhood and "adult" reconciliation).
