Bakalářská práce se zabývá zařazením dětí s diagnózou diabetes mellitus I. typu na středních školách. Teoretická část je věnována problematice integrace a inkluze, stejně tak rozdílnostem v inkluzivním a integrovaném vzdělávání. Vymezuje žáka se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami a dále žáka s onemocněním diabetes mellitus I. typu. Toto je také prozkoumáno z hlediska legislativy. Praktická část zjišťuje, jak jsou pedagogové informováni o onemocněních, omezeních či postiženích svých žáků s důrazem na onemocnění diabetes mellitus I. typu a zkoumá, zdali jsou schopni adekvátně reagovat na specifické potřeby těchto dětí. V této části je také věnován prostor žákům a jejich potřebám a očekáváním s ohledem na jejich onemocnění ve vztahu ke školní praxi. Závěrečná část se věnuje krátkému manuálu o onemocnění diabetes mellitus I. typu, který je určen především pedagogům a pedagogickým pracovníkům setkávajícím se pracovně s těmito dětmi. This bachelor thesis deals with inclusion of children with diagnosis of Type I. Diabetes Mellitus in secondary schools. The theoretical part is devoted to issues of integration and inclusion as well as differences in inclusive and integrated education. It defines a pupil with specific educational needs and a pupil with a Type I. Diabetes Mellitus. This is also explored in terms of legislation.The practical part explores how educators are informed about illnesses, constraints or disabilities of their pupils with an emphasis on Type I. Diabetes Mellitus and examines whether they are able to adequately respond to the specific needs of these children. This section also focuses on the area of pupils and their needs and expectations with regard to their illnesses in relation to school practice.The final part deals with a short guidebook on Type I. Diabetes Mellitus, which is intended primarily for educators and educational staff who come into contact with these children.
