Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ruptur rotátorové manžety, konkrétně je zaměřená na následnou fyzioterapii u osob, které podstoupily chirurgickou léčbu (rekonstrukci rotátorové manžety).Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a funkci ramenního pletence, zaměřuje se na úlohu rotátorové manžety. Teoretická část této práce se dále věnuje etiologii, příznakům a výskytu ruptur, jejich diagnostice a následné léčbě. V neposlední řadě je zde popsán pooperační fyzioterapeutický postup. Praktická část práce se zabývá kazuistikami tří pacientů, kteří podstoupili chirurgickou rekonstrukci rotátorové manžety. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navržení a aplikace vhodného fyzioterapeutického postupu po rekonstrukci rotátorové manžety. Dalším cílem bylo přizpůsobit terapeutickou jednotku podle způsobu časté zátěže horní končetiny tak, aby nedocházelo k zafixování chybných pohybových stereotypů. Posledním cílem bylo zhodnotit možnost návratu do pracovní zátěže a k běžným typům denních aktivit podle časového odstupu od operace. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of rupture of rotator cuff tears and it is focused especially on subsequent physiotherapy for people who went through surgical treatment (rotator cuff repair). The theoretical part describes the anatomy and function of the shoulder girdle, focuses on the role of the rotator cuff. The theoretical part of this work is also dedicated to the etiology, symptoms and prevalence of tears, its diagnosis and subsequent treatment. Last but not least, the postoperative physiotherapeutic process is described. The practical part deals with the case studies of three patients who have undergone surgical reconstruction of the rotator cuff. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to propose and apply suitable physiotherapeutic process after rotator cuff repair. Another objective was to adapt the therapeutic unit to the frequent upper limb load to prevent the fixation of bad motion stereotypes. The last objective was to evaluate the possibility of returning to workload and to the usual types of daily activities according to the time distance from the surgery.
