Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na chování návštěvníků vybraného nákupního centra. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které s tématem souvisejí. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem chování návštěvníků v nákupním centru City Park Jihlava. Cílem práce je segmentace návštěvníků a následné navržení doporučení pro management daného centra. Návrhy jsou zpracovány na základě analýzy a vyhodnocení dat osobního dotazování. This diploma thesis focuses on customer behavior in specific shopping center. The theoretical part focuses on terminology which corresponds with the theme. The practical part focuses on analysis of customer behavior in shopping center City Park Jihlava. The main goal of the thesis is segmentation of customers and to offer recommendation to the management of the center. Proposals are processed and based on analysis and results of personal questionnaire.
