Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele v elektronických komunikačních službách. Cílem práce je seznámení se základními právními instituty ochrany práv stanovených českým právním řádem na ochranu spotřebitele jako slabší smluvní strany v rámci smluvních vztahů uzavíraných s poskytovateli elektronických komunikačních služeb, jejichž hlavními představiteli jsou mobilní operátoři. Popisuje také celý proces od jednání před uzavřením smlouvy, jejím ukončení až po případné řešení sporů. Praktická část je zaměřena na ověření znalostí a informovanosti běžných občanů s rozsahem jejich spotřebitelských práv a povinností. A to při uzavírání smluv s poskytovateli služeb elektronických komunikací s využitím dotazníkového šetření a jeho následného vyhodnocení. This bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection in the electronic communication market. The aim of this thesis is understanding the basic legal construct of consumer protection, especially in the contractual relationship between consumers and providers of electronic communication services, where a consumer is seen as the weaker party. It also describes the whole process from dealing before a conclusion of the contract to contract cancellation. And it also includes possible ways of dispute solution. In connection with this is described the function of Czech telecommunication office. The research is focused on citizens and their knowledge and awareness of their rights as consumers, especially when concluding contracts with mobile operators. Data for this part were collected through a survey.
