Účelem bakalářské práce je zkoumání prostředí vybrané organizace s důrazem na vnější a vnitřní analýzu. Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou, zdali metody vnější a vnitřní analýzy podávají dostatek informací, aby se mohl posoudit celkový stav organizace. Navrhuje také nejvhodnější strategii pro podnikový management. Analýzy použité v bakalářské práci jsou Porterův model pěti sil, PESTLE, BCG a finanční analýza. Výsledky analýz jsou vyjádřeny prostřednictvím výzkumu provedeném uvnitř organizace a jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Nejdůležitější pomůckou jsou rozhovory s manažerem. Tato konkrétní data jsou použita ke zhodnocení stavu vybrané organizace a k poskytnutí rad manažerům. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je tedy navržení cest ke zvýšení efektivity organizace a cest k identifikaci ztrát. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to examine the environment of a chosen organization with an emphasis on both external and internal analysis. The thesis explores whether the methods of the external and internal analyses give enough information to evaluate the condition of the organization. It also suggests the most important method for business management. The analyses used in the thesis are Porter´s Five Forces, PESTLE, BCG and financial analysis. The results of the analyses are expressed using research taken from within the organization and are concluded in SWOT analysis. The main tool are interviews with managers. This concrete data is used to evaluate the condition of the specific organization and to give advice to managers. Thus, the aim of the thesis is to suggest ways to increase an organization´s efficiency and ways to identify losses.
