Cílem této práce je nalézt silné a slabé stránky managementu podniku v mmotivaci pracovníků. Na základě výsledků analýzy byly vypracované návrhy, které byly odprezentovány managementu podniku s cílem zlepšit motivaci a stimulaci pracovníků a tedy k navýšení jejich spokojenosti a efektivity. The goal of this work was to find strengths and weaknesses in organizations management motivation of employees. Based on the analyzes' results, certain suggestions were worked and presented to the management with the purpose of better stimulating and motivating, therefore increasing the happiness of employees and their effectivness.
