Douhodobé výpocty ukazují, že v průměru asi jedna třetina objemu finančních prostředků, z různých poboček českých podniků v ekonomice, je investice. Tato práce vysvětluje, co je investice, různé typy investic. V této práci je vytvořen podnik se zavedenými typy činností, strukturami práce, výkonem a finančním účetnictvím. Analýza diskontovaných peněžních toků se používá pro ekonomické vyhodnocení a provádí se následující hodnocení efektivnosti pomocí nákladů, statických a dynamických metod. Na závěr bude provedena analýza rizika. Výsledkem bude zjištění, který faktor nejvice ovlivňuje Čistou Současnou hodnotu . The calculations over a long period of time show that on average about one-third of the volume of financial resources from various branches of Czech enterprises in the economy is investment. This work explains what investment is, the various types of investments . In this work an enterprise is created with established types of activity, structures of work, performance, and financial accounting. Discounted cash flow analysis is used for economic evaluation and the following evaluation of the effectiveness by using cost, static and dynamic methods is performed. At the conclusion, risk analysis will be performed. The result will determine which factor affect the most the net present value.
