Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu životního stylu vysokoškolských studentů. Posuzuje jejich stravovací a pohybové návyky a předkládá návrhy řešení na zlepšení. Předkládá teoretické poznatky o zdravém životním stylu a srovnává je s výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty VUT v Brně. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of the lifestyle of university students. Considers their habits of the lifestyle, exercising physical activities and the habits of alimentation. Includes some suggestions for improvement. Specifies the theoretical findings of the healthy life-style and compares them with the results of the research among the university students.
