The bone remodelling process is described by five ordinary differential equations for the concentrations of five relevant chemical components - mononuclear cells, old bone, osteoblast activators, osteoid and new bone. Driving force of bone remodelling process is a dynamic loading which strongly influences the rate of chemical reactions. The evolution from the homogeneous density distribution to the cancellous bone formation is shown. An influence of a dynamic mechanical loading and osteoprotegerin concentration is demonstrated. Bone deformations were calculated by commercial code ANSYS. Proces remodelace kosti je popsán pěti obyčejnými diferenciálními rovnicemi pro koncentrace pěti relevantních chemických komponent – mononukleární buňky, staré kosti, aktivátoru osteoblastu, osteoidu a nové kosti. Řídící sílou procesu remodelace kosti je dynamické zatížení, které silně ovlivňuje rychlost chemických reakcí. Je ukázán vývoj od homogenního rozložení hustoty k tvorbě pórovité kosti. Je demonstrován vliv dynamického mechanického zatížení a koncentrace osteoprotegerinu. Deformace kosti byly počítány pomocí komerčního programu ANSYS.
