Dynamics of separation process of a turbulent boundary layer subjected to adverse pressure gradient is studied experimetally. The Time Resolved PIV method is used to acquire spatiotemporal data. The flow-field in the vicinity of the separation zone is found to be extremely complex. V příspěvku je experimentálně studována dynamika procesu odtržení turbulentní mezní vrstvy za působení nepříznivého tlakového gradientu. Pro získání prostorově-časových dat byla použita metoda rychlého PIV (TR-PIV). Chování proudového pole v blízkosti odtržení bylo shledáno velmi komplexní.
