Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výskytem syndromem vyhoření u zdravotních sester. Hlavními cíly práce je zjistit výskyt syndromu vyhoření u zdravotních sester ve vybraných nemocničních odděleních a ve vybraných nemocnicích. V teoretické části práce je popsána profese zdravotní sestry, syndrom vyhoření a možnosti jeho prevence. V praktické části popisuji cíle, úkoly, hypotézy a metodiku mé práce. Výzkumné šetření realizuji prostřednictvím standardizovaného dotazníku Maslach Burnout Invertory, který je určen ke sledování syndromu vyhoření u exponovaných profesí v nemocnici v Českých Budějovicích, Písku a Strakonicích. Získaná data vyhodnocuji statistickou metodou chí kvadrát testu, kterým ověřím předem stanovené hypotézy práce. Získané výsledky jsou vyhodnocovány a interpretovány. This diploma thesis deals with the occurrence of the syndrome of burnout in nurses. The main objectives of this work is to determine the incidence of burnout among nurses in selected hospital wards and selected hospitals. In the theoretical part of the thesis is described the profession of nurses, burnout and the possibilities of its prevention. In the practical part I describe the goals, objectives, hypotheses and methodology of my work. Research investigation, implement it through a standardized questionnaire, the Maslach Burnout Inverters, which is designed for the monitoring of the burnout syndrome in the exposed occupations in the hospital in České Budějovice, Písek and Strakonice. The data obtained evaluating the statistical method of chi square test, which I will verify pre-established hypotheses of work. The obtained results are evaluated and interpreted.
