Jako modelové pomocné látky byly použity mikrokrystalická celulosa Avicel® PH-200, laktosa monohydrát SpheroLac® 100, hydrogenfosforečnan vápenatý dihydrát Di-Cafos® D 160 a bramborový škrob. Jako kluzná látka byl použit stearan hořečnatý. Teoretická část je věnována informacím o tabletách jako lékové formě a dále popisu pomocných látek, se kterými se pracovalo v experimentální části. Následně je popsána plasticita a elasticita materiálu a metody k jejich hodnocení. Detailněji je popsán test stresové relaxace a jeho hodnocení pomocí trojexponenciální rovnice. V následujících kapitolách je popsán vliv rychlosti lisování a kluzných látek na vlastnosti tablet. Experimentální část se zabývá viskoelastickými vlastnostmi samotných surovin a jejich směsí s kluznou látkou v koncentraci 1 %. Tyto vlastnosti byly hodnoceny za pomocí testu stresové relaxace. Tablety byly lisovány silou 10 kN s konstantní dobou prodlevy 180 s. Zjišťovala se... Microcrystalline cellulose Avicel® PH-200, lactose monohydrate SpheroLac® 100, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate Di-Cafos® D 160 and potato starch were used as model excipients and magnesium stearate was used as lubricant. The theoretical part is devoted to informations about tablets as a dosage form and description of excipients, which where used in experimental part. Subsequently, plasticity and elasticity of material were characterized and methods of their evaluation were described. The stress relaxation test and its evaluation using the three exponential equation were characterized in more detail. The following chapters describe the influence of tableting speed and lubricants on tensile strength of tablets.
