Cílem této disertační práce je prozkoumat možnosti řízení PMSM motoru a navrhnout komplexní řešení bezsnímačového řízení ve velkém rozsahu otáček a momentů. Navržené řešení obsahuje prvky, které umožňují průmyslovou realizaci pro různé typy aplikací s PMSM motorem. Možnosti estimace polohy a rychlosti od nulových otáček až do maximálních otáček motoru jsou důkladně rozebrány v této práci. Struktura řízení na bázi vektorového řízení zpracovává estimované veličiny a optimalizuje provozní stavy motoru s ohledem na dosažení maximální účinnosti, maximálního rozběhového momentu a maximální rychlosti. Reálné použití navrženého řízení klade důraz na splnění IEC norem pro specifické typy aplikací. Splnění požadavků IEC norem vyžaduje interakci s bezsnímačovým řízením a strukturou vektorového řízení. Eliminace senzoru polohy rotoru a teploty vinutí vyžaduje nalezení nových technik pro detekci zablokovaného rotoru a stavu přetížení. Navržená řešení chráněna dvěma americkými patenty jsou detailně rozebrána v této práci. Realizace využívá mikrokontroléru NXP s unikátními vlastnostmi pro řízení motorů. Dosažené výsledky jsou demonstrovány na reálných průmyslových aplikacích. Purpose of this dissertation is to explore control techniques of PMSM motors and the design of a complex solution of sensorless control across a wide range of speed and torque. The proposed solution supports industrial implementation of different types of end equipment which use a PMSM motor. The work covers a thorough analysis of position and speed estimation. The Control structure is based on field oriented control technique, processes estimated quantities, and optimizes motor conditions to achieve maximum efficiency, start-up torque, and speed. The work discusses how the solution complies with the latest IEC standards. Compliance with these standards requires adapting the sensorless control technique and field oriented control structure. The elimination of a rotor position sensor and a temperature sensor measuring winding temperature requires development of techniques in software for blocked rotor detection and overload detection. The proposed solutions, which have been granted US patents, are explained in this work and utilize the unique features of an NXP microcontroller optimized for motor control applications. The achieved results are demonstrated on real industrial applications.
