Abstract: Thermal plasma at atmospheric pressure was investigated. Electric probes and doable probe used as relatively simple and efficient tool for diagnostic of structure of flow field in thermal plasma jet. Were defined plasma potential and boundaries of the conducting region and their changing for the diferent operating modes of plasma torch.
