Tato práce se zabývá drogovou závislostí a jejím řešení na Specializovaném oddělení pro výkon trestu odsouzených s poruchou osobnosti a chování v důsledku zneužívání psychotropních látek. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy, jako je droga a závislost a obsahuje rozdělení a charakteristiku jednotlivých drog. Dále je zde popis Specializovaného oddělení pro výkon trestu odsouzených s poruchou osobnosti a chování v důsledku zneužívání psychotropních látek. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou částí. První je založena na dotazníkovém výzkumu, který je zaměřen na užívání drog. Druhá část vychází z rozhovorů o životě odsouzených a jejich drogové minulosti. This bachelor thesis is about drug addiction and dealing with it in a prison with specialized department for mentally ill due to drug taking. In theoretical part, there are defined basic terms, such as drugs and addiction, and definitions and characteristics of individual narcotics. In the next part, there is a description of the specialized department for mentally ill due to drug taking. The practical part of this thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is based on a questionnaire focused on drug taking. The second part is built on interviews with convicts about their life and their drug addiction.
