Within context of nucleation theory and utilizing optical spectroscopy measurements at various temperatures the basic parameters entering nucleation equation (such as, for example, surface energy, resp. temperature dependent difference in chemical potentials) may be estimated. V rámci nukleační teorie a s použitím optické spektroskopie je možno určit základní vstupní parametry nukleačního procesu (povrchová energie teček, resp. teplotní závislost rozdílu chemických potenciálů).
